Finding the right prop for your boat can be a source of frustration for many boat owners. Unfortionatly choosing the right prop can be very difficult. It depends on a number of factors, including hull shape, weight distribution, engine power, and desired application. A prop that's just right for pulling skiers might not be the prop that's just right for getting those last few MPH of speed. In general a prop that is performaing properly should see a slip of between 6-8% at maximum speed.

We also offer Prop Repair services through our friends at Precision Propellor. Mark's Marine offers prop repair services at the same low prices as Precision Propeller. This service is offered as a convienence for our customers. We know that gas is tight and you don't allways have the time to get over to Spokane to drop off and pick up your prop. Repairing a prop is a good way to make sure that you have a spare prop should you run into trouble, or if money's tight repairing a prop is often half the price of a new one.
